Hey panthers, there’s an exciting week ahead of us. Spirit week is approaching us starting Monday the 16th to Friday the 20th. Full of fun events including Tutu’s and Tackles, previously known as powderpuff, Panther Games, and the big rivalry game against Sierra Stallions. Check out the @hhs.leaders instagram and flyers around the school. 

This Friday is our first home football game! The theme of the game is construction so let’s build the excitement and support our panthers by wearing contstruction and attending the home game, Friday Bight at 7pm!

Seniors! There will be a MANDATORY Senior Meeting this Thursday, September 12th at the beginning of 2nd period. Make sure to check in with your teacher first to take your attendance, then head over to the auditorium directly after. See you there!

The newly created Harrison D2 Student-Led Mental Health and Prevention Steering Committee is looking for six high school student interns to help lead and promote mental health awareness and prevention within the district. Interns will collaborate with peers, educators, and mental health professionals to develop initiatives, organize events, and conduct research. They will serve as the leaders of the larger student steering committee and liaisons to the student body, ensuring diverse voices are heard. This role offers a chance to gain valuable experience in advocacy, leadership, and project management while making a positive impact on the school community. Ideal candidates are passionate, organized, and committed to promoting mental wellness. Student will have the opportunity to earn INtersnhip Credit. Must Apply by September 16th Stop by the counseling center and ask for the QR code to apply. 

Bible Club will meet Tuesdays and Fridays in Room 311 at 12:34, during 10th-12th lunch, beginning August 27th. Come hang out and learn about the Bible. Stop by Room 311 if you have any questions.
